There is no REFUND OFFERED.


We at OD AND ODJI UG (haftungsbeschränkt) commit ourselves to create and built the most accurate Goods and Products. Every purchased Good(s), physical Products is inspected, verified and packed with the outmost care. As we serve Personal Care Goods as main core of our businesses, our business is requesting special care and hygienist trading and requirements. A refund of used, unsealed Items, and Good(s) are nor or less if not granted through a special Refund Request (regulated by special terms and condition) not applicable, not applied.


ALL ORDERS ARE ELIGABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. 

 
Goods, Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned back to

The Company, OD, or collaandbenefits.com directly. All Items are eligible for return except the Products that are:


Any purchased Product, Products that are :


unsealed, damaged, faulty after receiving

them.


Any purchased Product, Products that are

no longer in original condition


Any Product, Products, Orders that have

exceded the requested refund notification

time of return and refund period outlined under this policy 


You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

WAYS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE


The made purchased will be accepted to be refunded to the full purchase amount, pricing as Store Credit or Voucher to Your name and can be gifted. 


If special REFUND request was granted by the Company, the Refund will be made to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


RETURN INSPECTION 

All Returns are suspects of prior Quality Evaluation and Inspection. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund, exchange or store credit, voucher.


If a Money special REFUND Request was granted by the Company, Your Refund will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, your purchases. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for an exchange, You have to return the Product(s) within 8 working days of your purchase and completed reception of your Order and Goods.


If the Product is damaged in any way, or You have initiated the return after 7 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for a

Store Voucher Refund or Exchange.

You are unable to request a return before the first 24 hours after/of your delivery and Order.

ALL DELATED ORDERS BY MEANS OF TRANSPORT ARE AUTOMATICALLY

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND


In order for the product to be eligible for

a full or partial Refund, make sure these conditions are met:


  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Refund request was received by us within 8 working days of delivery

Aside from these conditions there are Products that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:


• Potential Insensibility 

• To be recycled
